TLS Associates (TLS) was formed in 1985 by Tracy L Stevens, MCC with the mission of coaching entrepreneurs in the creation of new businesses and developing their interpersonal skills to effect positive changes in business cultures throughout the United States.
TLS Associates evolved to a global Executive Coaching & Management Consulting Firm whose primary focus has the professional development of Leaders, Individuals, Teams, Organizations and Professional Coaches to perform at their greatest potential.
In 1998, we added a number of Coaching Skills Development Programs to our offerings and today are recognized as a world leaders in the field of professional coaching skills development. We believe that teaching and developing our students and clients to their highest potential is imperative. We offer ICF recognized continuing coach education units (CCEs) for many of our courses.
