Her experience includes leadership positions in public and private business sectors. Tracy has also held leadership positions with a variety of charitable, and coaching organizations. Her work has taken her to the United Kingdom, Europe, to the South Pacific, Southeast Asia, Australia, and Japan, as well as many parts of the United States and Canada. Her global perspective adds yet another perspecitve to her coaching and leadership development work.

She has authored more than a dozen professional coach training programs and numerable courses, most of which have been awarded ICF Accreditation or Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEU).
She is a co-author of the University of Miami's Professional Coaching Program. Tracy has been a Senior Faculty member in The University of Miam's Professional Coaching Program,iCoach U, Corporate Coach U's (CCUI) Corporate Coaching Program and is the former Director Accredited Programs CCUI. Tracy has been the Director of Credentialing & Program Accreditation with the International Coach Federation and Director of Credentialing for the Christian Coaches Network Interantional.
Trained in professional and corporate coaching by Corporate Coach U (CCUI), Coach U, CoachWorks International, The Experiential Learning Center and The Center for Creative Leadership. Tracy has obtained the highest designation in the profession of coaching from the International Coach Federation, Master Certified Coach. Of the 20,000 Credentialed Coaches in the world only 700 have achieved this distinction. She continues to expand her skills through continued education and experience. She also holds credentials as a Master Certified Christian Coach, Certified Corporate Business Coach, Professional Mentor Coach and ICF Registered Mentor Coach.
Creativity has always been a passion for Tracy. This shows up in her work and private life. She has been an Author and Abstract Artist for many years. Mostly for her own pleasure and relaxation.She is now opening her artistic side to you. She having a lot fun with the flow of the paints, the inks and the blends of beautiful colors. In the past year she has expanded her portfolio ito include Alcohol Inks and Pastels.
On a more personal note, Tracy and her husband, Jeff live in central Florida. They have two sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law and a granddaughter who are the joys of their lives.
