Tracy Stevens, Master Certified Coach is named to the "Proficient Coach" Faculty of the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida.

Tracy is one of two co-authors to the University of Miami's "Proficient Coach" Certificate Program.  This 60 hour coaching skills program prepares students for the initial entry into the field of professional coaching and/or applying the skills of coaching to their professional lives.  It focuses on the ICF Core Competencies and The Proficient Coach Core Coaching Constructs.

"The Proficient Coach" Certificate Program is offered in a combination of delivery methods.  The first class is a face-to-face setting in Miami with the balance of the program being delivered as Teleclasses.
